GM Squarebody "Zero Lift" Shackle Flip

This is an adjustable Zero Lift* Shackle Flip Kit for 1977-1987(91) Chevy/GM Trucks/Blazers.

This will allow for more shackle travel, and therefore greater articulation (given correct shock lengths, good bushings, etc...) Comes with welded nut strips for better load distribution and ease of installation. Gas tank removal highly recommended but not absolutely required for installation (tape a piece of heavy wire to the nut strip and slide it down the frame rail - it's difficult but it can be done!).

Grinding/Drilling of factory rivets to remove existing shackle hangers is required. Bolts directly into existing rivet holes. Multiple shackle mounting locations for different length springs, and tailoring your shackle angle to your liking. Shackle holes are on a 1" spacing, and they are offset 1/4" so by swapping side-to-side you can adjust your upper shackle mounting location by 1/2" increments.

• Comes with mounting hardware. Can re-use your existing shackles, or we can supply you with shackles made-to-order at any length for an additional charge.

*this is approximately a zero lift shackle flip, but your actual ride height change will depend on shackle length, shackle angle, spring stiffness, bushing health, etc...
